This will be short and simple.
I have been EXTREMELY busy lately. For the past week, I have condensed my priorities to the very basics. My daughter, writing, eating and sleeping (bodily functions included).
I haven't had time to do anything else. Occasionally, I have gone through the whole day without eating anything, because I'm so caught up in doing the other stuff. When that happens, I binge at night.
I'm not doing well, food wise. Really not. And, honestly, it's okay. I'm conscious of my decisions. I know that my plate is full right now. And, my priority is focused on some projects that are going on right now. I am positive that the "get healthy" but will bite me soon enough to get back on track and feel better about my body and weight.
That is it.
